Shipping policy

At Meadow View Farmstead, each order is prepared with care - whether it’s a bundle of herbs, a hand-drawn notepad, or a cozy tea towel from our Country Store. We take pride in ensuring that your items are packed safely and sent on their way as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Many of our products are handcrafted and made in small batches, so processing times may vary depending on the item type:

Herbal Apothecary: Please allow up to 7 days for processing before shipment.

The following items may ship separately from our apothecary goods:

Home Goods/Specialty Foods: We use various methods for producing/sourcing these old-fashioned items. Processing and shipping times generally range from 5-10 business days, but may vary at different times of the year, due to seasonal requests.

Personalized Stationery: These are printed and shipped directly through our production partner. Processing and shipping times typically range from 7–14 business days, depending on order volume and destination.

During holidays or peak seasons, processing and shipping may take a bit longer.

Shipping Methods

We currently use USPS for most domestic (U.S.) orders. However, depending on order volume, we may occasionally use UPS and/or FedEx. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Once a package leaves our hands and is in the care of the shipping carrier, we cannot be responsible for loss, damage, or delays in transit. However, if your tracking has not updated in more than 24 hours or your package appears lost, please reach out - we’ll do our best to assist.
