At Meadow View Farmstead, every order is packed with care and intention. We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned.

We offer a 7-day return or refund policy on certain items from our shop. You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return or refund.

To begin a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@meadowviewfarmstead.com

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are handmade, small-batch, or custom, some items cannot be returned.

This includes:

• Perishable or consumable goods (such as teas, tinctures, or other food items)
• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order goods
• Personal care products (such as salves or oils)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items and gift cards
